Recruitment Process Overview

1st Step: Demand from Employer

We require you to produce the following documents concerning the requirement after an agreement is reached regarding the terms and conditions. These documents should be in favor of our company Aspira Glory:

- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Employment Contract

2nd Step: Pre-Screening Candidates

After the 1st step, we arrange the candidates’ CVs from our archive who were selected before, or we place an advertisement in leading Daily Newspapers calling for potential candidates. The applicants are interviewed and prescreened by the recruitment officers of Aspira Glory, who also provide information regarding the requirement at the 'Employment Opportunity Service Desk.'

Only shortlisted candidates are called for the final selection interview with the employer's representative, or their CVs are sent for final evaluation to the employer.

3rd Step: Final Interview (by employer)

Many employers visit India for the final interview. We make all necessary preparations for the interview and call shortlisted candidates for the particular day. Some employers rely on us by authorizing Aspira Glory to select and test candidates on their behalf. Testing is conducted at our recognized Trade Test Center associates.

4th Step: Medical Checkup

Once the final candidates are confirmed, they are sent for a medical checkup conducted by authorized panels of doctors (GAMCA). Only candidates who pass all medical tests proceed to the next stage.

5th Step: Orientation

Before traveling and after visa endorsement, candidates must attend orientation classes to get final approval. During these sessions, candidates are informed about job responsibilities, local laws, cultural norms, work ethics, salary information, and other essential details to ensure smooth adjustment upon arrival.

6th Step: Employment Visa

The sixth step involves processing the employment visas for the candidates. Visa procedures vary based on the destination country, but we manage the complete process to ensure all candidates receive their necessary travel documents.

7th Step: Traveling Arrangement

After visas are endorsed, travel arrangements are made for the candidates. Our Ticketing Department assists with tickets, visas, NOCs, insurance, and employment contracts in coordination with government departments to ensure timely deployment.

8th Step: Deployment

After completing all the necessary steps and clearing any service charges, the candidates are ready to be deployed to their job locations, fulfilling the employment needs of your company.
